Product Description

All our ready-to-cook meats are cut by professional butchers while under government inspection. They are then individually packaged and flash frozen to ensure consistent flavor, quality and freshness. To use, simply place the frozen meat, while still in the package, into the refrigerator overnight to thaw slowly. This slow defrost method allows the natural juices to stay in the meat. Faster thawing methods do not let the juices be reabsorbed by the meat.

The burger patties do not need to be thawed before cooking which makes them even more convenient.
