Ideal for roasting, braising, searing or preparing terrines. Poach it whole and serve sliced with braised fennel and cracked black pepper carmel sauce.
Lasts one week in the refrigerator (33° F). This product does not contain pork or dairy products. Frozen Foie Gras (Duck) Grade "A" 2 " Sliced - ( 32 ozs. ) Flash frozen Hudson Valley foie gras portioned into sixteen 2 oz pieces. Comes in a resealable plastic freezer bag allowing usage on an as-needed basis.
Ideal for searing. Serve with braised fennel and cracked black pepper carmel sauce, sour cherry wine reduction, or any one of the hundreds of ways to enjoy foie gras.
Lasts up to 6 months in the freezer if returned to the freezer immedidately upon receipt. Product will arrive partially thawed. Product can also be refrigerated and used within one week to ten days.
